Steps To Do Flutter Kicks

  1. Keep a mat on the floor and lie down on it
  2. Your back should be touching the mat.
  3. Let your hands be by the side, and your palms touching the mat.

4. Look straight up on the ceiling. Now, slowly lift your legs up and then take them down. Keep doing this alternatively.

5. Don’t allow your feet to touch the ground in the whole session unless you complete the set.

Continue to do this for 22 times.

Seated Knee Tuck

This exercise is mainly for your Upper, middle, lower abs, biceps, and triceps.

Steps To Do Seated KneeTucks

  1. Put a mat on the floor and sit on it.
  2. Your sitting position should be in a way that both your knees are flexible.
  3. Make sure your feet in places flat on the floor.
  4. Take your hands behind you.
  5. And let your palms rest flat on the mat.
  6. Now slowly bend your elbows and while doing that lean your back.
  7. Your knees need to close to your chest
  8. Now take your leg upwards in the same position.
  9. Now, go back and push your legs away.

Keep doing this for 22 times at a stretch.

Crunches

This exercise is mainly for your abdominal muscles, external obliques, and pelvis.

  1. Take your seat on the mat.
  2. Make sure your knees are flexed and your feet are on the mat.
  3. Bring your both feet together.

  7. Now don’t tuck your chin.
  8. Exhale and slowly lift your head
  9. Inhale and go back. Do this repeatedly
